'From A to Art' - Art School was started on a voluntary basis in 2010 by Violeta Savickiene. Due to high demand for Violeta's classes, the school was been established as a business in 2015. This school has its own unique teaching method, with Violeta, in that each child can keep their individual style and is encouraged to interpret Violeta’s ideas in their own way while being carefully guided all the way to progress their knowledge. 

 

Violeta is very proud that she has some former students who are further pursuing art and graduating from universities such as NCAD. 

 

'From A to Art’ school has been hosting exhibitions since 2010, twice a year, displaying 500 art pieces at each exhibition. The Founder of ‘From A to Art’ school Violeta Savickiene is a passionate teacher who herself graduated from Griffith college with a Bachelor of Art with Distinction in Architecture and Design and has over a decade of experience in teaching arts in Balbriggan and Drogheda. ‘From A to Art’ is not only a school, but it has become a place of friendship and has a strong presence here in Balbriggan. It has become its own separate community. "From A to Art" school brings the young community together, encouraging their creativity and enabling them to express their ideas in different styles. 

 

Classes are held in two places: Combined Clubs Community Center and Flemington Community Center, Balbriggan.
