Project Pro has been in business since 2012, helping our customers achieve their business goals by providing top quality project management services. We are specialists in the field, with a large body of experience.

Over the last 15 years we have managed the delivery of 90–100 projects and programs of work. Our team are competent, knowledgeable, and experienced. We can deliver projects in multiple ways, both traditional (waterfall) and agile. Our core industries are IT and Telecoms, however we also deliver many projects in banking, insurance, public sector and energy. Within IT we have a lot of experience with large software platform deployments and data analytics in particular. Within Telecoms, service management and network operations.

As a trusted pair of hands, customers often task us with delivering key projects for them. The business value we bring is helping customers reduce risk to their own organisations, helping them make their deadlines and achieve their own business goals.

In the past our core customer base has been large multi-nationals, however in recent years we have deliberately switched our focus to fellow small to medium sized businesses (SMBs). This has led us to establishing new partner relationships with other SMBs.

We actively invite other small businesses to contact us for potential collaborations. E.g. forming a consortium to bid on tenders in the marketplace.
