Michelle is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Advanced Theta DNA Healer, and Reiki Master based in Balbriggan.
Through her practice, The Feeling of Healing, she offers a sophisticated bridge between the mechanics of the subconscious mind and deep energetic transformation.
Specializing in nervous system regulation and the removal of limiting beliefs, Michelle provides 1:1 sessions in her private therapy room designed to facilitate true self-realization. Her work goes beyond traditional talk therapy, reaching into the subconscious to clear blocks at a cellular level. She doesn't just help you understand your patterns; she helps you break them.
In the local community, Michelle facilitates her signature course, "A Journey Back to Self," at the Balrothery Heritage Centre.
