Marketing Balbriggan

Balbriggan is undergoing enormous changes in terms of both residential and commercial development.

The Chamber has identified this as an opportunity for marketing Balbriggan as an enterprise location due to:

  • A growing population of educated, enthuastic, linguistically talented individuals
  • An abundance of development site opportunities within local business parks like Fingal Bay and the M1 Business Park
  • Accessibility to national infrastructure including motorways (M1, M50, M4, M7), Dublin Port, Bremore Port, Dublin Airport and the national rail network.
  • In addition to marketing Balbriggan as a commercial location, tourism will be address through the promotion of the new Marine Centre, proposed town museum and Argillan Castle to name but a few.

It is the Chambers intention to market Balbriggan both internally to its members and externally to the local residential and business community.

The profile will be raised through the following:

  • Promotion of the Chamber Website
  • Improved larger Newsletter
  • Profiling new and existing members within a Members Directory
  • Additional networking events with short keynote speakers
  • Regular press releases and promotional features within the national and local press
  • Development of a “Location Balbriggan” brochure for prospective businesses
  • Encouraging the display of the Chamber logo on business stationary and stickers on shop fronts.
